Milpitas, California
We turn your most meaningful words into something you can hold, keep, and come back to.
The Material
We chose real hardwood for a reason. A gift should feel like it means something the second it touches your hands.

West Africa
Warm reddish-brown with interlocking grain. Deepens over time like a story that gets richer with age.
Every card has a unique physical grain pattern. Yours exists nowhere else on Earth.
Hardwood deepens in color over the years. Your card gets more beautiful with time, not less.
Sized perfectly to slip into a wallet or pocket. It's a physical token of your story that stays with them everywhere they go.
Why we exist
You think about calling your mom to tell her what she means to you. You draft a message to your partner at 2 AM, then delete it. You swear you'll write that letter — someday.
But someday turns into years, and the words stay stuck inside you. Not because you don't care — because you care too much to get it wrong.
TapHeart is a bridge between what you feel and what they receive.
Our Process
Born from a late night in Milpitas, California. A soon-to-be father realizing that the most important words in his life were trapped inside his phone.
We tested dozens of materials. Acrylic felt cheap and lifeless. Sapele wood felt warm and alive — the moment we held it, we knew. We later added a brushed-metal edition for modern tastes, but wood is where TapHeart was born.
Each card is carved with precision lasers, then carefully hand-oiled and finished. We trust technology for exactness, but we rely on human hands for warmth. If a card doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t ship.
One tap is all it takes. Bring any smartphone close to the wood, and suddenly they are immersed in your memories—watching your video, reading your words. No apps to download. No accounts to create. Just pure emotion.
Unlike any gift you’ve ever given, this one grows. Add a memory next month. A voice message on a birthday. Your gift is never finished.
A letter from our founder
Dear you,
I kept thinking about all the things I wanted to say to the people I love — but never did.
The voicemail I never left. The letter I never wrote. The moments I swore I'd remember but already can't.
Then my wife got pregnant, and it hit me — I don't want our story trapped in a screen. I want her to hold something in her hands. Feel the weight of it. Tap it. Hear my voice. See our memories.
Something that sits on her nightstand — not buried in an app.
And next month, there's something new waiting for her.
That's why I built TapHeart.
If someone in your life deserves more than a text message — now you know it exists.
